use " + " button ( near सम्पादन button) button to add new message or just use two "=" sign both side to make heading and use rech editor , there u'll find Heading 2 and u can change text color etc...

This may not work on just host as dot command is not enabled. We'll try this on bharatdiscovery.org. dot command is enabled on bharatdiscovery VPS.
